I'm still searching through my files for the digital versions of the photos from Indianapolis 2019, but I wanted to make sure I reposted these photos. This was the last big event I went to before the world shut down, and it almost didn't happen! I was originally planning to go to DOTD Vegas in March, but then my friend who was organizing the indie film fest for DOTD messaged me and asked if I could switch my plans and go to Atlanta in January instead. Why? Because she had convinced the con to bring in the Boulet Brothers - and she wanted me to host their panel! That was such an amazing experience, it was lovely meeting the Boulets (and their adorable producer, Ian - yummy! lol) and I got in one more horror con experience before the world came crashing down. I still haven't been to a convention since this all happened - do I need to start thinking about doing this again?

And before anyone even thinks of saying anything - YES, I was wearing tennis shoes with my sequin gown. Going to a con is different than doing a show - you stand for literal hours on hard concrete floors that have carpet but little to no padding. You stand in line for autographs, you stand in line for photo ops, you stand in line to buy things from vendors. If you want to do that in heels, more power to you. I'd been doing this for several years at this point, and strangely enough I like to wake up in the morning being able to walk.
My friend Brooklyn took a few candid photos of me hosting the panel, and then the last photo is with my friend Chris Blair, who used to host their Makeup Effects challenge, and asked me to be his cohost in Atlanta! The Boulets hosted the VIP party in Atlanta, so we managed to get this pic before things really kicked off!

They had cast members from Sleepaway Camp 1, 2, and 3! This is a big group photo with everyone who was there! I'm planning a video about the Sleepaway Camp franchise at some point. There are definitely some problems, but these people were all absolutely lovely to meet!
And of course I had to get a photo with my good Judy, Felissa Rose!

Sleepaway Camp is one of my favorite 80s slashers, and Felissa Rose is one of the sweetest people I have met through these conventions!
Here are some Halloween-related photos: Tyler Mane, Danielle Harris, and a group shot with fabulous ladies from various Halloween films.

There was also a Night of the Demons cast reunion, which was a lot of fun!
I always enjoy taking photos with handsome gentlemen! L to R: Warrington Gillette (Ok, he's less handsome when he's in the full F13 Part 2 Jason getup!), John Cusack, and Michael Biehn.

And finally, I always love taking a pic with the lovely Linda Blair!
hopefully next week I'll have tracked down the wandering photos from Indianapolis 2019 for a final retro gallery of my adventures at Days of the Dead!
