The first year of the pandemic was rough. I had gotten to shoot with Brooklyn in January during Days of the Dead, but Miranda had moved to Michigan and travel was only a distant memory by the time fall started to roll around. Luckily, my friend Amy knew about another fantastic photographer: Photos by Breeze. We did these fun shots with a neon flair in downtown Grand Forks in September of 2020, and except for my hunky model friend and I, we were able to be socially distant and glamorous at the same time!
For this shoot, I was really feeling the pandemic weighing on me (and had no idea how long it would continue - or how ugly it would continue to get!) so I wanted to really amp up the fun, colorful looks. These neon looks really brought me joy!
