As I was going through old photos, I found more from the photo session I did with Miranda in the summer of 2015, the session where we did the Disturbia story. In addition to that gorgeous retro style dress from Pin Up Girl Clothing, I also did some shots in a yellow casual dress that I got at Torrid as well as some very nerve-wracking shots I did in the pink swimsuit I wore that summer for the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge (remember that?!) and a black and white zebra print coat that I got from Pin Up Girl way back when they used to do all custom order…for stripper clothes! I was nervous about shooting in a swimsuit – I don’t think y’all are ready for all this jelly! – but I was so thrilled with how they turned out. All kinds of bodies are beautiful, and no one can make you feel beautiful like the amazing Miranda Roen! Here are some of my favorites from that shoot – including some jewelry pics featuring models Jenn Ranzenburger and Amy Driscoll wearing Fit For A Queen Designs!
PS – The backdrop for these photos as well as the Disturbia story was the set for a show at the Fire Hall that Amy and I co-directed: The Dixie Swim Club. A fantastic show featuring 5 super talented women!
