Hey Champagne Dreamers!
Small Business Saturday is a wonderful time to show some love to local businesses and independent artists – and do we have an exciting event coming up to help you do just that!
Miss Jaye and Champagne Dreams Productions have teamed up with some other residents of the commercial space in the St. John’s Block building to host a fantastic day of shopping, activities, and refreshments to help you relax, do some holiday shopping, and maybe even get a little perspective on your life! Join us Saturday, November 24 from 12 to 5 for a day of holiday cheer and an array of independent vendors and service providers!
The three event hosts are Meg Morley of Morley Legal Services, Amanda and Kelly with the Lovely Dozen Bellydance Studio, and Miss Jaye with Champagne Dreams productions:
Meg Morley may be a top notch legal professional, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t love a little bit of glam and pampering! She’ll be there with some amazing Mary Kay products (always at the top of someone’s gift list!) and offering facial treatments and satin hands demos, and you can enter your name for a chance to win a fantastic door prize!
The Lovely Dozen Bellydance Studio is a great place to let loose and have some fun while learning about dance and culture! The Lovely Dozen will have dance demos during the day and will have a variety of metaphysical supplies for sale as well as some gorgeous, hand-crafted consignment items from the independent artisans at Grey Fox Supplies!
And of course Miss Jaye will be on hand, opening up the CDP “branch office” with very special guest, Mama Champagne (who we hear is bringing refreshments!). You can shop a small selection of brand spankin’ new Miss Jaye merch, including mouse pads and mugs and all three 2019 calendar designs, as well as Miss Jaye’s hand-crafted jewelry in her Fit For A Queen Designs line!
In addition to the regular residents of the office block, we’re inviting some fantastic friends to the party as well, including psychic medium Debbie Kuryn, who will be available for readings, and author RoxAnne Moore, who will be signing copies of her book Out of the Blue. You never know who is going to be added to the event next, so be sure to check out the event page on Facebook, let us know you’re coming, and have a great time while supporting independent local businesses!
The Saint John’s Block building is in downtown Grand Forks, on the corner of Demers and 3rd! The most up to date information on vendors and scheduling will be available in the Facebook event, so check that out to get a full list! Can’t wait to see you!
